    3. Do you offer long-term rentals?
      Yes, we offer hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly rental options. Contact us for long-term rental discounts.

    1. What are the age requirements to rent a car?
      Renters must be at least 25 years old.
       

    2. Do I need insurance to rent a car?
      Yes, all renters must have valid auto insurance that covers rental vehicles. If you don’t have insurance, we offer third-party coverage for purchase.
       

    3. What documents do I need to rent a vehicle?
      You must upload a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and a credit or debit card for the security deposit.
       

    4. Do you accept international driver’s licenses?
      Yes, we accept international driver’s licenses as long as they are accompanied by a valid passport.

            Yes, a refundable security deposit is required at the time of rental. The amount depends on the vehicle type. 

       

        3. When will I get my deposit back?
             Deposits are refunded within 3–7 business days after the vehicle is returned in the same condition.

    1. Is there a mileage limit on rentals?
      Yes, daily mileage limits vary by vehicle. Additional miles may be charged at a per-mile rate.
       

    2. Can I take the rental car out of state?
      Our vehicles are primarily for use within Nevada. Out-of-state travel may be permitted with prior approval.
       

    3. Can I use the rental car for ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft?
      No, our rental vehicles cannot be used for ride-sharing, delivery, or commercial purposes.

    1. What is your cancellation policy?
      Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the trip start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable.
       

    2. Can I extend my rental?
      Yes, rental extensions are possible based on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to make changes.
       

    3. What if I return the car early?
      You may return the car early, but refunds for unused days are not guaranteed.
       

    1. What happens if I damage the rental car?
      Renters are responsible for any damages that occur during the rental period. Your insurance may cover the costs, or you may be responsible for the repair fees. Please see the rental agreement for full details.

      In case of an accident, call 911 if there are injuries. Then, notify us immediately and provide a police report and insurance information.
